Liorra Tech - Refund Policy
Liorra Tech Pty Ltd aims to provide high-quality services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you cancel a service before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation After Work Has Started: If a service is canceled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed.
- Completed Services: No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully completed and delivered, unless there is a failure to meet the agreed-upon deliverables.
- Subscription-Based Services: Refunds for subscription-based services are only available if the cancellation request is made within the first 3 days of activation. After this period, refunds will not be provided.
- Digital Products and Software Licenses: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only issued if there is a proven defect or technical issue that cannot be resolved.
- Service Disruptions: If a service disruption occurs due to our fault, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Disputed Transactions: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date for resolution.
2. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please send an email to hello@liorra.io with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- The service or product purchased
- The reason for the refund request
- Supporting evidence (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully delivered and approved
- Custom software development projects after the final approval stage
- Consultation fees once the session has been completed
- Third-party service fees not controlled by Liorra Tech Pty Ltd
